VidScanner Offline is designed to process and store video within the customer’s installation. The public website does not accept video uploads or require a VidScanner account.

Website and purchases

The website may receive ordinary request logs. With your choice, Google Analytics measures visits and purchases; decline it or change your choice using the footer control. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which collects the payment and billing information necessary to complete a transaction. VidScanner receives order identifiers and contact details needed to deliver and support the software.

Customer installations

The offline software is intended to run without sending footage, frames, transcripts, or analysis results to VidScanner. Customers control local access, backups, retention, and the hardware on which they install it.
