Accounts and trials
You may create a free VidScanner account to evaluate the product. A credit card is not required for a free account. Paid features require an active subscription plan.
Uploaded content
You are responsible for the videos, audio, documents, and other files you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that content with VidScanner.
Acceptable use
Do not use VidScanner to break the law, violate privacy rights, upload malicious files, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user's account or workspace.
AI-generated outputs
VidScanner uses AI to extract timestamps, summaries, labels, and structured outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before relying on them for important decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing interval unless canceled. Pricing and plan limits are shown on the pricing page or at checkout.
