Software and services are separate purchases.

VidScanner Offline software is sold as a one-time license for the purchased version and one installation. Customer-provided hardware, cameras, third-party software, and custom implementation are not included unless specified in a separate written order.

Delivery

The software and license are delivered manually to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed. There is no instant download or automatic account access. Contact support with your Stripe receipt for delivery status.

Implementation

Custom implementation requires a separate scope and quote. Estimates shown on this website are indicative only. Performance targets, supported sources, deliverables, acceptance tests, and any maintenance commitments must be agreed in writing.

Inspection decisions

Automated findings can be incomplete or incorrect. The software does not replace qualified human review or safety systems. Production-line reject control must be validated for each site before operational use.
